Returns (Ref COVID-19)
Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the limited closure of our store we will not currently be able to accept returns in-store as we would normally. If you’re having problems with an item you have purchased, please contact us either on 01534 738806 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event that you need to return anything, we’re here to make things as easy and straight-forward for you as possible.
All you have to do is return the item(s) to us in-store or we can arrange this on your behalf, usually within 5 days, at no cost. If the item is in pristine condition we will offer a full refund, or a Romerils gift card, or a replacement if preferred.

Products We’re Unable to Cancel, Refund or Exchange
Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we’re unable to refund or offer an exchange. We’re unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed. If we can cancel with the manufacturer after this time we will.
For the return of any items where the packaging has been opened or damaged since purchase we may not be able to offer a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
