The hansgrohe bath thermostat Ecostat Universal is a modern water control that is quickly and easily fitted to the existing connection (surface-mounted installation). The Ecostat is made of high-gloss quality chrome, and is an optical highlight. A patented, long-lasting hansgrohe cartridge is at work on the inside. Two ergonomic rotary controls keep the water amount and temperature at a constant level. This protects the user against unpleasant fluctuations when showering or filling the bath ? regardless of the pressure in the domestic supply.
An automatic safety stop at 40?C protects the entire family against the water becoming too hot. Of course, the temperature stop can be set to the user’s preference. The thermostat has clearly legible lettering that will not rub off, and is easy to use. A sound absorber ensures it is quiet, while the no-return valve and dirt strainer maintain hygiene standards.
