One-Hour Click and Collect

Romerils are pleased to offer our Click and Collect service, available to Jersey customers on many products held at our Dumaresq Street store.

Look for the Click and Collect badge on product pages to see if your item qualifies. Simply add to basket, choose your collection option at checkout, and wait for your confirmation before travelling to the store.

Collection hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Eligible orders can be ready for collection in as little as one hour after confirmation.

Pay online at checkout or choose to pay in store when you collect your order.

Collect from the electrical till at our Dumaresq Street store, open Monday to Saturday.

How It Works

Choose collection at checkout

Select Click and Collect 1 Hour or Collect From Shop and complete your order.

Wait for confirmation

Our team will confirm when your order is ready. Please do not travel to the store before then.

Collect from the store

Bring your order confirmation and head to the electrical till, just inside the main entrance on Dumaresq Street.

Frequently asked questions

If your order is not available for our Click & Collect 1 Hour Service it means that one or more of your items do not meet the qualifying requirements, for these items please contact a member of the team if you wish to discuss your Click & Collect or delivery options further.

Whilst we aim for all of our click and collect orders to be fulfilled within an hour due to the nature of some of our products and warehouse locations this may take longer, once we’ve recieved your order you can expect a call from one of our lovely team members to advise you on how long this will take.

All Click & Collect orders can be picked up from one of our helpful members of staff situated on our electrical till point, which is located just inside of our main entrance on Dumaresq Street.

We ask that all customers collecting orders from store retain their copy of their order confirmation as proof of purchase to be shown on collection. If you’re collecting any age restricted items such as tools, blades, or other hazardous materials you may be required to show proof of age in line with the Challenge 25 Policy.

If you are looking for someone to collect your products on your behalf please provide them with an email copy of your order confirmation to be shown at the point of collection, and a valid ID for any age restricted materials in line with the Challenge 25 Policy.

Any unpaid Click & Collect orders to be paid for in-store will be held for 48 Hours (Or longer for products ordered over the weekends).

Paid orders will be held indefinitely, however if you fail to pick up your Click & Collect order within a reasonable time period our team may contact you further for collection, if no collection is made after this a refund may be offered for your order.
