Delivery to Jersey Addresses

Deliveries are made between 8:00am and 5:00pm from Monday to Friday.
Saturday deliveries are available in the morning only.

Do you deliver to the UK / EU?

Regrettably, we are not currently able to deliver outside of Jersey, Channel Islands.

Why isn’t Next Day Delivery available for my order?

Next Day Delivery is available when every item in your basket meets the product and stock requirements. If it isn’t shown at checkout, choose Contact Me To Schedule Delivery and we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable date.

Unfortunately no deliveries can currently be made outside of Jersey, Channel Islands.

How long will my order take to process?

Delivery times may vary due to the nature of our products and warehouse locations, typically when you’ve placed an order you can expect a phone call from one of our lovely staff members to advise the time scale and arrange a suitable delivery date.

For orders containing special order products or made to order furniture this will take considerably longer, however, delivery and estimates of these items will be pre-discussed between yourself and a member of our team.

How much does Delivery cost?

Scheduled delivery and Next Day Delivery are free to Jersey residential addresses. Next Day Delivery is shown only when every item in your basket is eligible.

Will you remove any existing appliances?

Whilst we provide free delivery on orders to Jersey addresses, there is however a small fee for the removal and safe disposal of any existing appliances. If your order is eligible for this service there will be an option to add this on when adding these items to your cart.

I'm expecting an age restricted item, what will I need?

For any age-restricted products or materials you have ordered you may be asked to provide proof of age upon Delivery, in line with the Challenge 25 policy.

Click & Collect from Dumaresq Street

Choose Collect From Shop (Dumaresq Street) for standard collection, or Click & Collect 1 Hour (Dumaresq Street) when every item in your basket qualifies. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the store. Collect from the Electrical Till and bring your order confirmation and photo ID.
