This message is displayed when we have that product in our own stock holding, whether it be in our Dumaresq Street store or one of our warehouses across the island. These products are available to be delivered or collected from store considerably faster.
If a product has a “Receive Your Order by” message followed by a date, this is the time period given by our suppliers of how long it will approximately take for the stock to arrive from them, to us here at Romerils. Please note that if you order one of these products this date may differ from the date of delivery or collection.
Items that have no due date mean we have no given information from our suppliers regarding these products, these items can still be queried and looked into by one of our staff members upon request.
Items which display an “Available To Order” message are special order items which we will make upon request, this is subject to supplier availability. Typically these items are custom made furniture pieces, for which delivery estimates will be discussed between you and a member of our team.
This message is used when we have an accurate and up-to-date stock update from our suppliers, and once ordered, approximately how long it would take to get it from them, to us here at Romerils. Please note that if you order one of these products this may differ from the date of delivery or collection.
These are items that we have no stock of, and no confirmation of when future stock will arrive. These items can still be queried and looked into upon request by one of our staff members.
