If your order is not available for Delivery it means that one or more of your items do not meet the Delivery requirements, for these products please contact a member of the team to discuss your other click & collect or Delivery options.

Unfortunately no deliveries can currently be made outside of Jersey, Channel Islands.

Delivery times may vary due to the nature of our products and warehouse locations, typically when you’ve placed an order you can expect a phone call from one of our lovely staff members to advise the time scale and arrange a suitable delivery date.

For orders containing special order products or made to order furniture this will take considerably longer, however, delivery and estimates of these items will be pre-discussed between yourself and a member of our team.

We’re happy to announce that we offer free island-wide delivery to all Jersey based residential addresses

Whilst we provide free delivery on orders to Jersey addresses, there is however a small fee for the removal and safe disposal of any existing appliances. If your order is eligible for this service there will be an option to add this on when adding these items to your cart.

For any age-restricted products or materials you have ordered you may be asked to provide proof of age upon Delivery, in line with the Challenge 25 policy.
