Here at Romerils we strive to offer the best products and services available to our customers, however we understand that at times a product may not be the right fit for you. That is why we’ll offer you a full refund within 28 days of your purchase*.
We ask all customers to please retain any proof of purchase should you require a return.
Returning an item if you've changed your mind
For those who are no longer satisfied with a purchase they have made, and may be looking to return an item to the store for a refund, we ask that all products being returned are in a fully packaged and un-used condition along with your proof of purchase. We will offer a full refund or exchange for 28 days after the date of your initial purchase so long as the return meets our Terms & Conditions.
If you’ve made a purchase online or over the telephone you can return your products by returning your purchase in person at our Dumaresq Street Store.
For any returns on high value or large items we will arrange a collection from yourself
Returning an item that's faulty
If your purchase is deemed faulty within 3 days of delivery you will be able to return it to us along with proof of your purchase for either a full refund or exchange.
For faults that occur outside of the 3 day period, you can contact one of our members of staff who will be happy to advise you on how to proceed based on the nature of your purchase, to enquire about a return you can contact us here.
Returning an item that has been gifted
If you’re returning an item with a gift receipt you will be entitled to an exchange only within 28 days of the initial purchase, please note that this may differ from the date you had received the item.
Receiving your refund
Typically all returns will be refunded using the original method of payment, please take a look below for full details.
For those who have paid using a credit or debit card, we ask that the funds be refunded onto the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase. If you are returning an item in-store please have this card present with you along with proof of purchase.
If you have used Apple Pay or Google Pay as your original form of payment your refund will be processed back to you through Apple Pay or Google Pay using the same credit or debit card you had originally used on your device to purchase the goods.
For any purchases made using PayPal, we will issue your refund through PayPal who will then process this back onto the original card used.
If you have originally paid by cash in-store, we will refund your purchase(s) back to you with cash so long as you can provide proof of purchase.
For any purchases made using a credit note or gift card, should you decide to return any of your items you will be provided with a new gift card for the balance of the returned item(s), or the funds can be added back onto a pre-existing gift card should you have one.
Items that can't be returned
Unfortunately due to the nature of some of our products, the following items will not be eligible for an exchange or refund unless specified as faulty.
- Products you have had for more than 28 days
- Products that have been unsealed or opened, other than where necessary to inspect.
- Products without the original packaging or labels.
- Products or packaging that are in poor condition
- Any furniture made custom to order
- Items that have already had a warranty and/or offer redeemed with a third-party
- Any items that can’t be returned due to hygiene reasons

- Returns and Refunds
(10.1) The Seller will only accept goods for refund if they are returned in a wholly saleable condition. The Seller keeps the right to refuse a refund, if in their opinion, solely, the goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
(10.2) The Seller reserves the right to apply a handling or re-stocking fee at a rate that the Seller, in their absolute discretion, considers appropriate.
(10.3) The Seller reserves the right not to refund or to provide only a partial refund on any product ordered especially for the buyer, or any product that has been made to measure, cut or mixed to the Buyer’s specific requirements, unless that product is deemed to be faulty by the Seller.
(10.4) The Seller, at their discretion, will only give the Buyer a refund if goods are returned within 28 days of the original date of purchase.
(10.5) Should any goods bought be damaged, the Seller reserves the right to provide the Buyer with a refund, repair, or replacement as appropriate within the Buyer’s statutory rights.
(10.6) The Buyer must produce and supply a receipt or copy sales transaction as proof of purchase. If proof of purchase cannot be supplied the Seller at their discretion may choose to refuse any form of refund.
(10.7) The Seller, at their discretion, will process and supply all refunds using the same method of payment (credit/debit card or Bank Transfer etc.) as for the original transaction.
