From growing natural fibres on their farm to drawing their own wire to create innovative spring technology, vertical integration is at the heart of Harrison Spinks. They make over 90% of our components in-house.
Eco Promise
Harrison Spinks focuses on sustainability. All of their new mattresses are designed with this in mind. Each new mattress is foam-free, glue-free and FR chemical treatment free. 100% recyclable. Zero to landfill.
Foam-free
Foam is unable to be recycled. Designed in house; their 100% recyclable, glue free Micro springs replace the need for foam. Highly flexible these springs relieve pressure, helping to keep your spine in perfect alignment.
Glue-free
In 2019, they developed Cortec™ – the world’s first 100% recyclable, glue-free pocket spring system. All of their mattresses are now produced using Cortec™ technology. A new dawn for comfort technology, offering superior comfort, while allowing all of their mattresses to be fully recyclable.
FR Chemical-treatment Free

Growing The Movement
All of the wood used in their headboards and divans is sourced from sustainably managed forests that are FSC® certified. They manage our own 56-acre woodland in North Yorkshire, something that they plan on expanding as part of our sustainability journey.
Renewable and Self-sustainable
They are now investigating renewable solar energy and wind turbines on their farm, to rely less on the national grid!
