Joe joined us in the summer of 2022, having plied his trade in the motor industry, before overseeing a small software and professional services department. In fact, in his previous role, Romerils was a client. Joe had always been impressed by the company’s culture and general atmosphere whenever he popped in. Luckily for him, when the job came up, it wasn’t bad news that we knew him!
In his spare time, Joe likes schralping through local and alpine trails on his mountain bike, and being all kinds of emotional from supporting Tottenham Hotspur.

Romerils Royalty. Ask Alan’s experience in bathrooms is unmatched having been in the industry since before there were millennials; he has seen it all. From avocado fads to Japanese toilets, he leaves no soil pipe un-vented and no tap left running.

Having originally joined as a Tiles salesperson, Luis can cera-make your creative dreams come true using his knowledge of Italian craftsmanship.
A box-to-box designer who can do it all. He’ll tackle anything in his path and takes home a lot of plaudits.

Having gained several years’ experience from his time with other local agencies, Steven will turn his charm to anything, and leave you with a smile as big as his.

Loves Liverpool, Jersey Wanderers and German kitchens. Tony’s the Assistant Manager in our Kitchens and Fitted Bedrooms department and is not only pretty handy at designing them, but also at passing on his wisdom and knowledge of the industry to other members of the team.
Tony will cook up a storm with modern classic styles for starter, friendly and insightful service for main, and a kitchen you’re delighted with for pudding. Heck, he might even through in a bottle of bubbly character for you too.

Hailing from Chennai, Nachu spent the past few years in Guernsey at a local design agency before upping sticks again and moving to Jersey this year. When we saw her CV, and her smile at the interview, we knew we had to get her. And boy are we glad we did.
Nachu loves the Neptune ranges, which are exclusive to us here, so if you know, you know. You might also catch her making her favourite Indian dishes in our working displays on occasion, although you’ll have to be quick as they don’t last long!

The dapper chap, the man with the eyebrows. Silvio has always been involved in creation, having dressed men in suits at Axel Man, and also designing some pretty famous glass windows.Â
In more recent times, Silvio moved across to B&Q, and eventually onto us here to continue his pursuit of Kitchen design and looking great in formal wear.

Steven grew up on-site and brings a tiler’s perspective to our portfolio. He earned his biggest feather by tiling St. Thomas’ Church!
Steven’s energy and enthusiasm are second to none, as is his knowledge of anything and everything between the floor and foundations. Steven still pokes his head, big shoulders and smile into the retail showroom now and then, but is primarily tasked with offering his services to local construction businesses.

Jersey Bowls legend and former long-time owner of Degano tiling. Didier has been involved with some of Jersey’s largest commercial projects through the years, firmly cementing himself as the crème de la crème, le meilleur des meilleurs of tiles.
While not in the showroom, you might find Didier vacationing back home in France, and he’s assured us he only ever drinks water.
